I work with yoga clients online via zoom or in person at several Northampton/Florence locations.
Private yoga sessions are 60 minutes long.
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions are available.
Multi-session packages are available to folks who would like to study weekly or bi-weekly.
As space allows in my schedule, I could even see you on an as-needed basis.
Single Private session: $90
5 session pack: $425
10 session pack: $800
Single Semi-Private Session (no more than 3 people): $120/hour
5 session pack: $575
10 session pack: $1100

Package rates are only available when paid for in advance. Private sessions are non-transferable. If you need to cancel a session, please do so 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session/it will be deducted from your package. Thank you so much!
I had a wonderful time working with Beth. I had reached a point in my yoga journey where I felt like I really wanted to slow down and fine tune my practice, and I was craving the space to work in depth with certain postures. I first met Beth in her group classes through the Northampton Rec Department, but I felt like I needed more one-on-one attention, so I signed up to work with her privately. I have arthritis in my back and have had pain after doing some exercises. My body felt very tight and needed stretching. After the sessions, my body felt good. I felt looser, not as tight. One thing I liked about the private sessions was the immediate feedback Beth would give me. She could see what my body could achieve. I think anyone could benefit from working with Beth one on one.
