You spend so much time and energy giving and supporting other people, now it’s time for you to receive and refill your well. 

Create & Rejuvenate is a 4-session workshop crafted especially for yoga teachers—like you—to rekindle your creativity, deepen your inspiration, and be nourished by the practice itself.

Through a variety of imaginative exercises, you’ll awaken new possibilities for sequencing, themes, and flow. You’ll also receive the deep rest you deserve, with spacious quiet time to refill your teaching well.

Rediscover your joy. Restore your energy. Refresh your teaching with room to explore, play, and simply be.

YB Online: Mindful Flow Level 1

Join us online! This active, slow-flow yoga class is designed to support your physical and mental well-being—offering a well-rounded practice that helps you feel grounded, mobile, and connected.

Our Mindful Flow Level 1 class features

  • Slow-flowing movement rooted in foundational yoga poses (asana)
  • Warm-ups and strengthening exercises to support the focus of the class
  • Clear, accessible instruction into and out of poses, with modifications offered
  • Restorative postures and breathwork to help you reset and recharge
  • Yoga teachings woven throughout to deepen your practice and cultivate mindfulness

This is a dynamic and mindful class—not fast-paced, but active and engaging. We move with curiosity, breathe with awareness, and close with restful stillness so you can end your day feeling calm, clear, and centered.

This class is suitable for:

  • Students who feel confident getting up and down from the mat
  • Beginning yoga practitioners looking to build a strong foundation
  • Anyone craving a blend of movement, breath, exploration and reflection

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just bring your curiosity, your breath, and a willingness to move.

YB Online: Pure Bliss - Restorative Yoga

Join us online and experience the deep rest and inner calm you’re craving. Pure Bliss Restorative Yoga is a soothing, restorative yoga class designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle, mindful movement, supported restorative poses, and guided relaxation, you’ll create space for stillness, quiet and rest.

Each Pure Bliss class includes:

  • Gentle, mindful movements to ease into your body
  • Restorative yoga poses held longer with props to support deep relaxation
  • Guided relaxation and breath awareness to calm your nervous system
  • A quiet, nurturing space to dial down stress and restore balance

This class is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful reset—whether you're feeling overwhelmed, recovering from physical or emotional strain, or simply craving stillness.

Props to Have Ready

To support your comfort and relaxation, please have:

  • A bolster (or couch cushion/big pillow)
  • 3–4 blankets (or thick towels)
  • 1–2 blocks (or thick books)
  • A chair and/or access to a wall

Mindful Yoga at the HR YMCA (in person)

In this alignment-based slow flow yoga class we'll experiment with a variety of yoga poses, including standing, arm balances, inversions and backbends. Learning safe and skillful body alignment will be a key focus. Explore how the body and breath move together .

Gentle Flow Yoga at the HR YMCA (in person)

Explore gentle movement while lying down and sitting up - with an occasional standing pose or two. Enjoy this calming, mindful practice to support you in relieving tension, easing your joints into movement, connecting with your breath, and feeling more centered and peaceful.

Restorative Yoga at Sanctuary (in person)

This class combines gentle, mindful movements, stretching, restorative poses and guided relaxation. The restorative poses are held longer and use props to encourage deep relaxation. Perfect for those who want to reduce stress or have physical concerns or injuries.

Advanced Beginners Yoga at the Northampton Rec Dept. (in person)

This is an active, slow-flow Advanced Beginners yoga class that is accessible to folks who can confidently get up and down from the mat.  We’ll continue to build on our foundational yoga poses (asana), with options for new variations and new poses to explore. In addition, we’ll include warm-ups and strengthening exercises that support the focus of the class. Breathing practices as well as practical yoga philosophies will be integrated to create a well-rounded practice.


Participants need to provide their own yoga mat and a blanket.

Intro to Yoga at the Northampton Rec Dept. (in person)

New to yoga?  Join us! This class is designed for brand new yoga students who are looking to gain a basic understanding of how to practice yoga. Each week will build on the previous week so there will be ample opportunities to repeat poses as well as experience new ones. Clear instruction into and out of the poses will be provided, as will ways to modify the poses. We’ll also touch on simple breathing practices as well as basic yoga teachings. The intention is to help you build strength and flexibility and to improve your balance so you can move with more confidence and ease both on and off the mat!


Participants need to provide their own yoga mat.
