From my home to yours... Tight and stiff from traveling? No worries. This practice will help you relieve tight muscles and get your body moving with ease again. Broken up into 3 sections, you'll have time to linger in opening up your hips and legs; then we'll move the spine, shoulders and neck in a variety of ways to undo the kinks; and of course, we'll, take some time to move into a supported backbend to open up and create more ease in the chest, more space for the breath.
