From my home to yours...Downward Dog is one of those poses we immediately think of when we think of yoga. It's such a fun pose and yet it's not all that east. You need to have strong and mobile shoulders, wrists and hands. The muscles on the backs of your thigh and calves need to be open and free. Your spine needs some length - and more.
