Deep Rest - a guided relaxation in Savasana (Restorative)

From my home to yours...Busy days require time to rest. In this Busy-Days Practice, we'll enjoy a looong Savasana and guided relaxation. For your practice I suggest gathering up 3 blankets (and/or towels), a bolster or pillow/couch cushion and an eye covering - like an eye bag or wash cloth..
