From my home to yours...I know you're busy and possibly feeling tired, depleted, stressed out. That's why I created this 20 minute Restorative Yoga practice. In this practice, we explore my favorite pose, Supta Baddha Konasana (reclined bound angle pose). You'll need 1 bolster/couch cushion/body pillow, 3 blankets/thick towels, 1-2 blocks/thick books/throw pillows, 1 eye covering. Rest and enjoy!! (20 minutes - sliding scale - your own choice)
