Our Mindful Flow Level 1 class features
- Slow-flowing movement rooted in foundational yoga poses (asana)
- Warm-ups and strengthening exercises to support the focus of the class
- Clear, accessible instruction into and out of poses, with modifications offered
- Restorative postures and breathwork to help you reset and recharge
- Yoga teachings woven throughout to deepen your practice and cultivate mindfulness
This is a dynamic and mindful class—not fast-paced, but active and engaging. We move with curiosity, breathe with awareness, and close with restful stillness so you can end your day feeling calm, clear, and centered.
