Savasana + Reiki = Ultimate Rest!

Happy 2022! Let's start the new year off right - deeply rested and restored. Pull up some space, maybe a blanket or two, dim the lights, and lie down and do nothing for at least 5 minutes, but hopefully 20 minutes.Â
There are so many ways to set up Savasana, but this Savasana includes the self-care practice of Reiki for a little extra rebalancing and restoration. Enjoy!
