Here's one more practice to keep your feet, and your whole body, moving with more ease.
This practice focuses on mobilizing and strengthening the ankles. And honestly, since we've been exploring these feet and ankle practices this month, my right ankle has been less crunchy, and my balance has improved as well. This is motivation enough for me to keep working on my feet!
