Cooling Summer Flow

Since our last Bliss Bite, which shared some information on the Pitta Dosha, I've been practicing and teaching in a way to create space in the belly to help calm, cool and rebalance the Pitta dosha.
With that thought in mind here's a brief cooling yoga practice inspired by my classes that is designed to rebalance Pitta and leave you feeling calm, grounded and refreshed.
