A Feel-Good Practice for You!

I'm amazed that we are nearing the end of the year!  How about you? 

Truly, this is my favorite time of year - from September to December – I just love it all: the changes in the leaves and the light, the cooler temperatures, the holiday buzz, and honestly, the overall energy of this time of year. 

But, I also know we can feel a little more exhausted, with lower energy as we move toward the shorter days and longer nights. And, I know we can all feel overstimulated and over-extended from all the holiday excitement and gatherings.  So, here is a practice designed for those days when you want to move, but you don’t have a ton of energy to do so; when you want to restore yourself, but your body is craving a little movement and some breathing.
