4 Movements to Open Your Heart!

I wanted to share with you some movements I've been enjoying this month to help me open my heart.Â
These movements are less about passive or even leveraged (using outside forces) openings and more about using our own muscular strength to create the movement. I've been loving working this way and loving even more how engaged and strong my body feels and how open my heart feels.Â
