Join me for a deeply soothing and nurturing morning. During our 2 hours together we will restore mobility to the joints, unwind the body, releasing deeply held tension, and soothe the nervous system through gentle, rhythmic asana. We will also spend the latter half of the class in deliciously supportive and relaxing restorative yoga postures designed to relieve the body of muscular effort and tension, quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system even more. Reiki will be offered as a way to experience a deeper sense of relaxation and balance so that you can move back into life refreshed and energized.
