(Re)Ignite Your Creativity: a yoga & creative exploration one-day retreat

We are all creative individuals. While it is not always easy, it’s always possible to be creative. During our one-day retreat, you’ll have time and permission to do what ignites your soul and explore what it means to be creative on and off the yoga mat. 

You'll leave this yoga and creativity retreat feeling nurtured, deeply relaxed, expansive, and reignited to your creative side as well as connected to our community.

Throughout our day you'll:

  • participate in two gentle yoga classes (including yin and restorative)
  • slow down through guided meditations and breathwork 
  • discuss the essential ingredients for creativity 
  • enjoy quiet time and connect with our community 
  • share a delicious catered lunch together 
  • journal 
  • awaken your creativity and express yourself through music, movement, and art!

A catered lunch will be provided and tea will be available throughout our retreat. 

Please bring:

  • your yoga mat
  • journal and pen
  • mug for tea
  • Please dress in layers.

Optional – bring an art project to work on and/or share.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or cannot attend the retreat, we will not refund your money, however you can transfer your participation on to a friend.

Replenish Your Soul with Restorative Yoga and Reiki

This is the perfect balance to the busy-ness of life. Join us for 2 hours of supported, relaxing yoga poses.  In this 2 hour workshop you will learn restorative yoga set-ups that you can do at home as well as a basic Reiki self-care routine that you can do anywhere.  Experience how these two healing modalities can work together to help you relieve tension and stress, support your overall well-being and leave you feeling blissed out!

Bliss Flow - Active Asana (10:30-12:30) : This is your chance to reconnect to your body and breath and move the way your body intuitively wants to move.  Join us for 2 juicy hours of alignment-based, slow-flow vinyasa that will help you build strength and flexibility, as well breathing & meditation practices that will bring you back to feeling fully centered and present 

Pure Bliss Restorative  (2:00-4:00) 2 hours of deliciously relaxing and soothing restorative yoga.  The perfect way to slow yourself down,  de-stress & take good care of yourselfReiki will also be offered as a way to experience a deeper sense of relaxation and balance so that you can move back into life refreshed and energized.
