Bliss Flow - Active Asana (10:30-12:30)
: This is your chance to reconnect to your body and breath and move the way your body intuitively wants to move. Join us for 2 juicy hours of alignment-based, slow-flow vinyasa that will help you build strength and flexibility, as well breathing & meditation practices that will bring you back to feeling fully centered and present
Pure Bliss Restorative (2:00-4:00) : 2 hours of deliciously relaxing and soothing restorative yoga. The perfect way to slow yourself down, de-stress & take good care of yourself. Reiki will also be offered as a way to experience a deeper sense of relaxation and balance so that you can move back into life refreshed and energized.
