Through gentle and restorative yoga postures, Reiki, meditation, journaling and more you will relax and re-center yourself, awaken your creativity and self-expression, discover the self-care practices that FEED YOUR SOUL, uncover simple ways to weave those practices into your day-to-day life, and move back into life refreshed, nourished, focused and fulfilled!

Our 8 week journey begins on April 3rd! In addition to the course, you can purchase anywhere from 1 to 4 private Reiki sessions at a special price. Receiving private Reiki sessions, while you take the course, can help you experience a deeper sense of relaxation, a fuller release of tension, stress and anxiety, and it's another way you can support yourself as you begin to make the necessary shifts in your life to make you and your self-care a priority. All Reiki sessions must be redeemed by July 4th, 2019.

Join us for Discover Bliss, a yoga class that focuses on self-care for women.
In this workshop you will experience 90 delicious minutes of moving your body gently and unwinding tension and stress. Through restorative yoga, Reiki and other practices like meditation and journaling, you will tap into some of the self-care practices that fill you up so that you can move back into life feeling refreshed, refueled, focused and fulfilled.
