Beginners Yoga - Summer of Bliss 2018

End your day on a yoga high, leaving tension and stress behind! This mini-course is designed for folks who are new to yoga or want to get back to basics. We’ll explore a variety of basic yoga poses, including standing poses to build strength, back bends, twists, and forward bends to maintain flexibility. Throughout each class we’ll discover how to align our bodies safely in the poses and how to move our body with the rhythm of our breath. Breathing and meditation techniques will also be explored to help quiet our minds and relax more deeply. If you want to gain a deeper understanding of the yoga practice, experience more ease and balance in your life, and have fun while you do it, this is the class for you.

Bliss Flow - Active Asana (10:30-12:30) : This is your chance to reconnect to your body and breath and move the way your body intuitively wants to move.  Join us for 2 juicy hours of alignment-based, slow-flow vinyasa that will help you build strength and flexibility, as well breathing & meditation practices that will bring you back to feeling fully centered and present 


Pure Bliss Restorative  (2:00-4:00) 2 hours of deliciously relaxing and soothing restorative yoga.  The perfect way to slow yourself down,  de-stress & take good care of yourselfReiki will also be offered as a way to experience a deeper sense of relaxation and balance so that you can move back into life refreshed and energized.
