Join me and an amazing group of women as we explore practices to help you experience what it's like to deeply care for yourself. Through gentle and restorative yoga postures, Reiki, massage (with Shawna Stern www.shawnastern.com), meditation, journaling and more you will relax and re-center yourself, awaken your creativity and self-expression, uncover simple ways to weave self-care into your day-today life, and move back into life refreshed, refueled, focused and energized!

Bliss Flow - Active Asana (10:30-12:30): This is your chance to reconnect to your body and breath and move the way your body intuitively wants to move. Join us for 2 juicy hours of alignment-based, slow-flow vinyasa and tune in to the sensations of your body & your breath, and to your inner teacher.
Pure Bliss Restorative (2-4): 2 hours of deliciously relaxing and soothing restorative yoga. The perfect way to take good care of yourself, and open and center yourself as we prepare for the holiday season. Reiki will also be offered as a way to experience a deeper sense of relaxation and balance.
