Private Reiki sessions and Restorative yoga with Reiki are two wonderful ways to help relieve tension and stress and allow your body to rest and heal itself.

Restorative Yoga and Reiki sessions with Beth

(Restorative yoga and Reiki sessions are done on the floor on several yoga mats with the support of yoga props like bolsters, blankets and blocks.)

BLISS BREAK - RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH REIKI

In need of a little time that is just for you? 

Imagine 60 uninterrupted minutes of “You” time. 

During this time you’ll move your body through a few gentle yoga stretches to warm up and relax your body. Then you’ll take a few moments to just breathe and allow yourself to unwind. You’ll receive the energy

balancing practice of Reiki while you are in fully supported Restorative Yoga poses designed to help open your body and relieve it of any stress or work.  These poses also help quiet the nervous system, moving you out of over-drive and into peace and quiet.  You’ll leave feeling more rested, balanced, and with a deep sense of ease.  

PURE BLISS - RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH REIKI

Are you ready to make you and your well-being a more consistent priority?  If so, this is for you!

Enjoy 6  one-hour-long Restorative Yoga with Reiki sessions over the course of 3 months.

Each session will include gentle yoga warm-ups to awaken and release your body and soothing breathing practices to help re-focus and quiet your mind.  As an added bonus you’ll receive a guided relaxation audio as well as detailed notes on breathing practices so that you have at your fingertips tools to help you manage tension and stress between sessions. This is the perfect way to move from stressed out, exhausted, and overwhelmed to relaxed, rested, balanced and energized!

LASTING BLISS - RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH REIKI

Want to experience a deeper and more lasting sense of rest, balance and ease?  By carving out time that is just for you each week, you’ll make you and your well-being a priority in your life.

Enjoy 12 75-minute Restorative Yoga with Reiki sessions over the course of 3 months - the ultimate double shot of deep rest and stress-relief!

During these sessions you can work more deeply on  managing and reducing the effects of  on-going issues like chronic stress, pain, anxiety, depression.  We can also develop a do-able at-home practice so that you can experience on-going bliss between sessions and beyond.

Each session will begin with gentle, active yoga poses to help awaken the body and focus the mind.  We’ll explore a variety of breathing practices designed to support your needs. You’ll relax deeply in several restorative yoga poses designed to open and support your body.  Reiki will be offered while you are in the poses.  And of course, we will be sure to include time for centering meditation and reflection.

In addition you’ll receive:
• A guided relaxation audio
• Detailed instructions and pictures for setting up the restorative yoga poses at home
• Notes about what we explored in each of the poses
• Assistance and support in setting up your own home practice.

All sessions are by appointment. Private sessions are non-transferable. Payment plans are available for Pure Bliss and Lasting Bliss Packages.

If you need to cancel a session, please do so 24 hours in advance, or the session will be deducted from your package.

This is your time for yourself – your time with Reiki and Restorative yoga.
I encourage you to wear comfy clothes so that you can relax more easily. We will start each session with a brief chat to check in and to see how Reiki can support you. At that time we can discuss any areas that need special attention and any questions or concerns you may have. Once we begin our practice, I will guide you through a brief, relaxing breathing practice so that you can begin to turn your attention inward. At any point during the session, you are welcome to make any adjustments or requests to add to your comfort.
