Gently cup your hands over your eyes, with the heels of your hands resting lightly on your cheekbones.

Soften your eyes, inviting the outside world to fade into the background.

Release your jaw, your cheeks, the space between your eyebrows.

Invite your attention in towards your breath.

Rest your hands gently on the sides of your head.

Let the weight and the warmth of your hands create a quieting around your thoughts and bring balance to the two hemispheres of your brain.


Place your hands softly on your heart center. Center yourself in your heart, your seat of love, kindness, compassion

Feel the weight & warmth of your hands resting lightly on your kidney area. Let that bring soothing energy to the kidneys and adrenals and help you let go of stress.



Place one hand on your heart and one on your upper belly.

Begin to let go of any anger, fear, hate, and open up to love strength, courage and kindness
