Yikes – it is really dark in the morning these days! It makes getting out of bed and getting motivated to do anything really difficult. And, if you’re like me, the wee hours of the morning are my yoga time. But with the slight chill in the air and the darkness of night still lingering, in the bed vs yoga mat dual, bed often wins!
Getting on our mats regularly can be challenging any time of day, even though we know we always feel amazing afterward.
Here are a couple of quick tricks that get me rolling out of bed and onto my mat:
