Very simply, take a moment and either mentally note or write down something you are grateful for. It could be an event from the day or it could be something or someone who shows up regularly in your life. It can be one thing or 10 things. The point is when we take a moment to express our gratitude we start to see the blessings in our lives; it reminds us that despite challenges, frustrations, set backs, there are positive things that make up our lives as well.
Just like with our breathing practice, you can keep a journal - a gratitude journal - if you like..
And certainly, feel free to share with me your experience with this practice, your thoughts, and your feedback on any of our offerings.
