Deep Relaxation in Just 10 Minutes!

As we move into the cold and dark of winter, I wanted to make sure you had some tools to help you experience deep rest & relaxation.

When you think you don't have time to rest and take care of yourself, that's exactly the time you need to stop, lie down and breathe.

I hope you enjoy this guided relaxation practice and are able to feel a little more relaxed, peaceful and balanced.

Before you get started...

  • Find a quiet space to lie down, where you won't be disturbed.
  • Get 2 pillows and at least one blanket.
  • Dim the lights, close your shades, or use an eye pillow to create some darkness.
  • Lie down with one pillow under your head, one under your knees and cover up with your blanket.
  • Make sure you feel super comfy - if you don't, make any adjustments to your set up that you need to.
  • Breathe gently.
