I totally get it… life is busy!
Some days we just don’t have two minutes to ourselves, let alone 60minutes for a well-rounded yoga practice. But does that mean we should just give up and do nothing? No way…a little yoga goes a long way.
Any time you take for yourself to breathe and move, even a little, is better than nothing. In fact 3 deep breaths can take you only 20 seconds - add in a side bend to each side and suddenly your spine feels better, your brain feels better and your breathing deeper!
Our practice, however long or short it is, is ready to meet us where we are, as we are, how we are, for as long as we can be there with it. It’s our own willingness to meet ourselves where we are, as we are, for as long as we can be there that is crucial. Can you be willing to meet yourself for 5 or 10 minutes and make them count by being fully present with yourself for those 5 or 10 minutes?
Here’s a brief practice to help you do just that! Enjoy and please share with your friends!
