Right now, pause and take 3 conscious breaths. Notice how you feel. (these breaths don't have to be the deepest or fullest. Just try to pay attention to the fact that you are breathing. Very naturally and organically they just might deepen on their own, simply because you are paying attention.)
You can make this a regular practice in a variety of ways:
If you want you can keep a journal of this practice and try to do this for 21 days straight so it becomes a'habit" - a regular part of your being.
